• Write code like a beast
• Are comfortable working on front-end web code, back end services, data stores, and infrastructure systems
• Have experience writing modern software deployed in the cloud
• Are a solid architect/designer
• Pick up new technology and switch between tech stacks with a minimum of fuss
• Have worked on agile teams to deliver software iteratively
• Are comfortable with encryption schemes, modern APIs, and front-end frameworks
• Are comfortable leading projects and taking initiative

• 8 years+ hands-on experience developing applications with C# and SQL
• BS in an engineering field OR can make us feel intensely confident that you don’t need one
• Have experience with .NET Core
• 4 years+ hands-on experience with ASP.NET and REST API development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Have experience with AWS, Azure DevOps, Docker a plus
• Have experience with jQuery and JavaScript
• Have experience working on an Agile team with a tracking tool such as JIRA a plus
• Have experience with LINQ
• Have experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins a plus

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
