Salesforce, Inc. seeks Software Engineer, Tableau in Seattle, WA:

Job Duties : Engage in all aspects of software deployment. Build and run a highly polished test and release pipeline. Find areas that require manual intervention and work to remove them semantically. Ensure Tableau Online meets the functional requirements of large enterprise customers. Expand the capabilities of existing services, while building new ones to meet our customer’s needs. Collaborate with the existing teams to ensure that their services are meeting the needs of Enterprise customers. Ensure that new and existing architecture can scale to meet the growth of our Online customer base. Serve a voice for cloud-first architecture across the company. Help influence other teams to ensure that their solutions scale to meet the continuing demands of the Online world. ˆ Above address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in the Seattle area: 1621 North 34th Street, Seattle, WA 98103, 744 N. 34th St. Seattle, WA 98103, 1000 N. Northlake Way, Seattle, WA 98103, and 400 Urban Plaza, Suite 700 Kirkland, WA 98033. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in the Seattle area.

Minimum Requirements : Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or two (2) years of experience in the job offered.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements : One (1) year of experience using the following: (1) Java or Golang or Python; (2) Docker; (3) Linux; (4) SQL or No-SQL; (5) AWS or Azure; (6) Kubernetes; (7) HTML; and (8) CSS or React or JavaScript. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Education, experience, and criminal background checks will be conducted.

Salary: $127,338.00 - $168,700.00 per annum.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $127,338 to $168,700.
