The Role:We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Software Engineer with a passion for working with cutting edge technologies to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our web applications using Node.js, React.js, Next.js, PostgreSQL (Supabase), NFC/RFID chips, and blockchain&peer-to-peer technologies. You will work closely with our product&design team to translate user requirements into scalable, high-performance software solutions.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring timely resolution and optimal performance of applications
• Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using Node.js, React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, PostgreSQL (Supabase), IPFS, and Solidity
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in software development, and explore opportunities to incorporate new technologies into our stack
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn Figma designs into elegant code
• Bonus if you’ve worked with QR codes, NFC or RFID technology in the past
• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment
• Ideate on various methods to complete an objective, weigh design tradeoffs, and help architect solutions

Key Competencies:

• Familiarity with blockchain and peer-to-peer technologies is highly desirable
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn and explore new technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Attention to detail, and unparalleled critical thinking and organizational skills
• Bias for action, ability to prioritize competing objectives
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and experience with Node.js, React.js, and Next.js.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, with experience in PostgreSQL (Supabase) being a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Passion for working in a startup environment and a desire to contribute to product development
