Responsibilities

• Adheres to all software development processes.
• Contribute to the architecture of a single feature.
• Understand and follow business needs
• Retain knowledge in multiple product features.
• Review and locate gaps in technical design specifications.
• Good communication judgment and may need mentoring for each contact.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors and WFS employees.
• Improve product quality and performance.
• Collaborate in the creation of requirements, test planning and programming.
• Provide comprehensible feedback during the doc and code review process.

Requirements

• 5+ years in hands-on Java development (or C++ or C# experience). Python experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience multi-tasking, working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Experience developing applications.
• Strong computer science fundamentals including advanced data structures, algorithms, and multi-threading.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Must work well as a team member or individually.
• Experience with Springboot, React.Js is helpful

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
