Software Engineer - Actalent

Actalent is hiring Software Engineers for a large Aerospace/DoD company located in the Rochester, NY area. Position offers full time benefits, paid vacation, paid holidays, and OT pay. Please apply with an updated resume. Position is 100% onsite.

Job Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to analyze and debug software and related hardware issues.
• Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/OOD) experience preferred.
• Active Secret Clearance Required
• Develop test suites for unit and system testing.
• Tools – SVN, JIRA, Agile Scrum, Coverity, Understand for C++
• Familiarity with UML design modeling techniques preferred, Magic Draw
• Embedded C or C++ experience on an ARM (bare metal – processor)
• Develop/update engineering process documents as required.
• Developing next generation products using advanced technology.
