What this position entails

IntelliScript’s Information Technology has been a key part of our success and is critical to our future. Working on a team of Software Developers, Quality Assurance Engineers, and Business Analysts, you will contribute to the continued growth and enhancement of the systems that drive value for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with different portions of our systems and business, including UI/UX, back-end automation, and embedded business process improvement projects.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and maintain unit and integration tests
  • Follow established company standards and best practices
  • Responsibly self-manage workload given project priorities, deadlines and deliverables
  • Focus on overall product quality
  • Design, develop, maintain and improve software and other technical solutions that solve business challenges
  • Participate in code reviews

What we need

  • Proven analytical skills to interpret and implement business and functional requirements

Wish list

  • Experience in environments subject to HIPAA and/or PCI regulations

Location

This position will be based out of the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI; however, this position is open to remote work. Applicants must be willing to travel to the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI as needed.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $140,000 depending on a combination of factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, qualifications, certifications, location, etc. In addition, we offer a significant performance-based bonus plan, profit sharing, and generous benefits.

Milliman Benefits (U.S. only)
