Software Application Development Engineer

Technology Collateral Enablement Group is looking for a Software Engineer to build Ruby / React / Python /Java based web hosted infrastructure to facilitate collation, categorization, search and distribution of technical information. As a Software Engineer, you will partner with other software engineers on development and validation of such the infrastructure.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Analyzing current applications, their design and implementing enhancements.
• Identifying opportunities to improve user experience and reduce complexity.
• Working with subject experts to ensure testing of the application is complete and error free.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork and/or classes and/or research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

Completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or related discipline.

6+ months of hands-on experience working with one or more of the following:

• Containers/ Docker
• Database: SQL, Postgres
• UNIX, Linux operating systems
• React.js, Java Script, HTML5, CSS

Preferred Requirements:

• Ruby and Ruby on Rails
• XSLT, XML, YAML data transformation technologies
• Type Script

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $88,320.00-$132,660.00

• Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
