Work Schedule: M-F | 9.00 AM - 5.00 PM
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
The OMH Customer Relations Line (CR) Line is a telephonic resource for people who have questions or concerns about any mental health services in NYS. The Customer Relations line responds to a high volume of contacts (approximately 15,000) per year.

• The temporary staff would receive live calls on the CR Line, which includes actually listening to callers.
