Responsible for developing and implementing the system’s social media strategy in order to increase our online presence, generate leads and improve the system’s reputation.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Provide constructive feedback Job Knowledge:
- Create and update social media performance reports
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, TicTok and other social media best practices
- Create, both individually and with the marketing team, informative, appealing and engaging content
- Three years of experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
- Experience with doing audience and customer persona research
- Understanding of search engine optimization and web traffic metrics
- Manage and oversee all social media content
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Good understanding of reputation management; experience preferred
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; required. Willing to consider High School diploma with 5 years of direct marketing experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree
- Identify, implement and use appropriate social media tools
