Social Media Review Responder

Are you passionate about social media messaging and have experience with it daily?

Our Social Media Review Responder opening is an entry-level, full-time opportunity, onsite at our Old Town Scottsdale office. You will be working in a fun and energetic environment with a lot of exciting team activities and company perks. There is also so much room for growth!

This is a position where you will get to showcase your deep understanding of social media review sites. Not only will you have a chance to be the voice of our clients and help them build a positive relationship with Digital Air Strike, but you’ll also help them connect with potential customers during a time where social media is playing a bigger role than ever in consumer activity.

Responsibilities

• Checking client information to make sure that we have the correct info
• Crafting and sending client notifications of customer reviews
• Communicating any access issues or intensified reviews to the Digital Specialist team
• Composing customized review responses, logging them in our internal tools, and posting them live on review sites
• Auditing internal tools

Job Skills & Qualifications

• Resourceful, well-organized, and highly dependable
• Experience multitasking and working under deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Professional office experience preferred, not required
• Enthusiastic, professional, passionate, and career-oriented
• College-level communication skills
• Excellent writing skills with emphasis on flawless grammar and spelling
• Must have experience using social media platforms and review sites
• A track record of working well within a team and as an individual contributor
