- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology, trends and best practices in social media and online marketing.
- Perform administrative tasks such as tax filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.
- Create, maintain, and grow new and existing social networks, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, Google+, Facebook, and others.
- Create and manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads and other advertising platforms.
- Manage, create, and publish original, high-quality content on social platforms.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams to create a cohesive brand image.
- Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing for podcasts and social media platforms.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and other paid search platforms.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and campaign development.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
- Proven work experience in tax and administration.
- Experience with podcast editing software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
