We are seeking a dynamic and driven Permanent Social Media Admin with a passion for finance and digital marketing to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has a knack for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and implementing effective brand strategies. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.


Responsibilities


  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology, trends and best practices in social media and online marketing.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as tax filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.
  • Create, maintain, and grow new and existing social networks, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, Google+, Facebook, and others.
  • Create and manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads and other advertising platforms.
  • Manage, create, and publish original, high-quality content on social platforms.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams to create a cohesive brand image.
  • Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing for podcasts and social media platforms.


Qualifications


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and other paid search platforms.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and campaign development.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs.
  • Proven work experience in tax and administration.
  • Experience with podcast editing software is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
