Role Description

This is a part time (with potential for full time) on-site role for a social media marketing specialist at Molly's In Soulard in St Louis, MO.

1. The ideal Social Media Marketing Specialist candidate will be creative and technically capable of generating quality content.
2. Have experience in developing and implementing social media strategies across platforms.
3. Have a firm grip on the state of the art for defining and reaching audiences efficiently.
4. The use of Tracking Pixels, Google Ads, Meta business, Mail Chimp integrations.
5. Managing customer data.

The Specialist will also monitor and analyze social media trends, engage with followers and customers, and collaborate with the owner to develop broader marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative campaigns based on current trends and audience preferences
• Experience with graphic design and content creation is a plus
• Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TicTok.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in social media marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Extensive knowledge of social media best practices and emerging trends
