Our main line of products comes in the form of eco-friendly dishware in modern, pleasing aesthetics that place emphasis on clever solutions for development and feeding. In addition we now have a new line of textiles such as lunch totes, bibs, and backpacks!


Our team is led by our founders Adam and Ai, whose background in design allows us to be innovating every day and adding new products to our line.

We have become recognized as a premium forward-thinking brand since our start in 2016 in the U.S., and are now looking to expand our domestic sales.


We are looking for a qualified Social Media Specialist to join and help us grow. You will be driving brand awareness and sales through social media management other online marketing strategies. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strategic mindset.


Our ideal candidate has experience working within one, or even better, several of the following product categories: children's gifts, gear and accessories, sustainable and organic, premium market products.



Primary responsibilities:

Social Media

  • Plan and execute photoshoots with influencers and users
  • Search and select potential partner brands and products for collaborations
  • Product + promotion launches
  • Manage and grow Affiliate program
  • Coordinate with graphic design team to develop content
  • Work with social media influencers and brands to develop partnerships, promotions and campaigns
  • Manage daily and weekly posting schedule for IG, FB, TikTok, Pinterest, Linkedin etc. including copy, imagery, videos etc
  • Coordinate efforts with ecommerce specialist so there is cohesion and effective messaging across social medias, digital ads, website etc
  • Plan and execute sales promotions and marketing strategies on social media
  • Build UGC

Data analysis

  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify opportunities
  • Analyze sales and marketing data in order to provide feedback to new product development team


Skills and Experience Required:

  • Digital advertising and/or SEO experience
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Creative problem solver
  • Experience with Facebook business suite, IG, Google Ads, Pinterest, Linkedin.
  • Possess the ability and willingness to learn new software and platforms as needed
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Tech savvy
  • Experience with product marketing which are one or more of the following: organic/sustainable, for children/babies, for premium consumer market
  • Associate degree or higher required


Your background:

We are looking for you with an academic degree with a focus on business, trade, and marketing. You have relevant experience in social media and marketing-related activities, preferably with experience in children's/baby products and eco-friendly industries. You are used to acting quickly based on your analysis and setting up strategies in both the long and short term. Your presentation and communication skills should deliver our brand values.

Compensation:

Compensation will be structured as base salary + sales performance bonus. The base salary range for this position will be in the range $40,000 - $50,000, to be decided upon the experience and qualifications of the candidate, while performance bonus will directly relate as a percentage of our ecommerce sales growth.
