As our Social Media Guru Extraordinaire, you'll be the mastermind behind our online presence, bringing your unique blend of creativity and strategy to the forefront. You'll be responsible for crafting and executing engaging social media campaigns that will make our followers go “OMG, I need to buy that!”

Festive Gal makes unique, sparkly, and fun custom gifts designed in our “Sparkle Studio” in Englewood, CO. We are woman-owned and inspired by bright colors, confetti, and most importantly — glitter. We’re a rapidly growing brand with our products currently in over 800 stores. Additionally, we’re ranked in the top 1% of Etsy Stores worldwide (woah!) Our mission is to make life more festive and fun with our trendy personalized products.

What you'll do:

• Trend Tracker: As a trendsetter, you'll stay ahead of the game by keeping your finger on the pulse of the ever-changing social media landscape by monitoring the latest trends, memes, and viral sensations. You'll know what's hot and what's not, and you'll use this knowledge to ensure Festive Gal is always at the forefront of the digital world.
• Influencer Bestie: Manage the influencer marketing Affiliate program by researching and building relationships with, and managing influencers to grow brand awareness through collaborations.
• Analytics and Insights: Dive into the data pool and unravel the mysteries of social media success. Track key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and let the numbers guide your decision-making to unlock the secrets to achieving social media success.
• Community Captain: You'll build a tribe of loyal followers by engaging with our audience and fostering meaningful connections. You'll be the friendly virtual voice of our brand, responding to comments, messages, and tweets with a sprinkle of personality and a dash of wit.
• Collaboration Champion: You'll work closely with our creative team, brainstorming ideas, and coordinating efforts to ensure our social media presence aligns with our overall brand image. You'll be the conductor of our social media symphony, orchestrating a harmonious blend of content and story-telling.
• Content Connoisseur for Instagram and TikTok : You'll whip up jaw-dropping content that will make our followers stop scrolling and hit that "like" button. From witty captions to eye-catching videos, you'll have a knack for creating scroll-stopping content that grows our brand and creates cha-chings!

Additional details:

• $28 -$33 an hour
• COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement: In accordance with Festive Gal’s policies, COVID-19 vaccines are required for all employees at Festive gal. Accordingly, any offer of employment is conditioned upon an applicant's ability to provide proof of vaccination.
• Currently, we are looking for a 20/hr a week commitment with the opportunity to go full-time as YOU help our business grow to the next level.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
