We are looking for a in house Social Media Coordinator that is passionate about skincare and has heavy experience creating on-brand social content to drive engagement, sales, and loyalty. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for Le Mieux’s presence across all social media channels, as well as the placement of owned, earned, and paid content across those channels.

Responsibilities and Duties
Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including, but not limited to:
- Cultivating and leveraging online influencers. Collaborate with Influencers and Bloggers.
- Creating and posting content for social media channels: IG stories, IG feed, IG TV, IG Live, Facebook, Pinterest, and others.
- Manage all community communications such as replying to DMs and answering comments to ensure responsive support and consistent on-brand messaging.
- Stay up to date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
- Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
- Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products
- Product Photography
- Participate in content brainstorming sessions and help develop innovative ideas and strategies to better reach the intended online audience.
- Write strong, captivating social media content within the brand’s style and tone guidelines for assigned projects.
- Increase social media engagement rates by maximizing the use of all customer touchpoints and platform features. Consistently evaluate the content we produce against new insights and knowledge of our target consumer.
- Work collaboratively in a multi-functional team to concept and implement compelling content.
- Create engaging content and execute social media campaigns that will result in a larger online following, increased exposure, and greater brand awareness for our clients.
- Works alongside Marketing in crafting consistent brand messaging, social media strategies, and implementing brand design.
- Develop monthly visual social media editorial calendar, aligning timing with other communication timelines.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- Have knowledge of marketing techniques and concepts
- Previous experience running paid social media campaigns
- Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms
- Must be able to effectively research our industry and quickly gain the knowledge needed to write accurate and insightful content
- Minimum 4+ years in a Social Media role (Ideally in the skincare or beauty industry; Skincare knowledge is highly recommended)
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- Demonstrate presentation and communication skills
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skill
- Ability to work independently, organize workload, and possess a strong ability to multi-task
- Photography experience desired; Photoshop / Illustrator
- Understanding of social media KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), web traffic metrics and SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Proven work experience as a social media coordinator
- Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills
