What We’re Looking For - we are looking for an experienced Social Media Coordinator with the desire to learn and thrive in the beauty industry.


Duties and Responsibilities


Social Media


  • Manage content calendars, pitch ideas, and publish all content
  • Bring forth unique take on social media and what performs
  • Partner with like-minded brands for Giveaways and original ideas for partnerships and giveaways
  • Support with responding to customer inquiries, concerns and DM’s multiple times a day to ensure concise communication and stellar customer service
  • Own day-to-day management of community response and engagement across brand’s social media channels including but not limited to Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter
  • Report weekly on KPIs and help develop new strategies with leadership team
  • Provide monthly reports for one brand
  • Proficient in FaceTune, Canva, IG Story creation, TikTok ads
  • Run advertisements across social media channels to drive conversions
  • Comfortable with being on-camera when creating supporting content (swatches, skincare, demos)
  • Establish key success metrics and measurement systems to track ROI of social strategy
  • Utilize all brand-provided apps & software to assist position with executing responsibilities (chats, emails)


Influencer Management


  • Manage affiliate requests and develop profitable affiliate marketing channel engagements
  • Optimize marketing budgets to drive investment strategy within affiliate and influencer partner relationships
  • Strategize with Influencer and Marketing team to increase sales, brand recognition, and reputation
  • Plan, manage and execute campaigns planning to help retain ambassadors and influencer partners.
  • Personalize all outgoing communication and contract negotiations, in support of the VP of Marketing
  • Prepare monthly product groupings from product catalog to product seed
  • Implement initiatives that will generate growth and positive sentiment for the business through our affiliate sales channel
  • Recruit, manage and activate new ambassadors/influencer partners and optimize performance


Qualifications


  • Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Associate/Bachelor’s Degree
  • Sufficient analytical and logical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Strong organization skills in the context of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Is curious and a fast learner who loves acquiring new knowledge, with an excellent problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrates confidence and a high level of maturity.
  • Creative self-starter; ability to navigate a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Must have passion in the beauty industry and social media marketing
  • Is collaborative and works well in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word & Excel
  • Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom or Canva is a plus! Position Requirements
