Job Title: Social Media Coordinator
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Director of Marketing
Summary:
As a Social Media Coordinator, you will serve as an online voice of Koi brands. A strong growth mindset and passion for building our social media presence are essential. This role will play an important role in social media strategy, content creation, community engagement, and monitoring metrics. Thinking proactively and collaborating well with a close-knit team are vital.
Responsibilities:
●Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals
●Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns
●Create and manage social media content that is engaging and informative
●Monitor social media activity and respond to comments and questions
●Maintain day-to-day activity across multiple platforms
●Manage social media giveaways to increase engagement
●Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns
●Attend relevant events and brand activations to capture content and create new connections (some nights and weekends required)
●Collaborate with other marketing teams and agencies to develop and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns
●Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices
Qualifications:
●Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
●1-2 years of experience in social media marketing
●Strong understanding of social media platforms
●Excellent writing and editing skills
●Creative and innovative thinker
●Ability to work independently and as part of a team
●Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
●Strong project management skills
Desired Skills:
●Experience with social media advertising
●Experience with social media analytics
●Experience with social media content creation tools
