Social Media Coordinator Jobs

As a Social Media Coordinator in our DC office, you will be responsible for creating and curating engaging Instagram and Snapchat content, growing our following, and monitoring and responding to interactions. Your role will require you to work closely with the editorial team to ensure that social media contents align with our overall brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Generate optimized clips and edit high quality video and photo content as needed.
• Monitor social media interactions and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Supervise the day-to-day social feeds in Instagram and Snapchat. Develop a schedule, cadence, and standard processes.
• Create and curate engaging social media content.
• Develop and own goals, performance metrics, and reporting for social media activity and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices and incorporate them into the organization's social media strategy.
• Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns that align with the organization's mission.
• Conceptualize creative social campaigns to further audience engagement and increase brand awareness.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced understanding of paid and organic strategies and tactics in Instagram and Snapchat.
• Ability to analyze performance and provide social media metrics.
• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or communication.

Salary:

The annual salary range for this role is between $45,000 and $62,500. The quoted salary pay range represents our good faith estimate as to what our candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range according to the selected candidate's experience, location, technical skills, and other factors.
