Job Description
Two Circles is a fast growing integrated sports marketing agency. We work with some of the world’s biggest sports organization's – including the NFL, Premier League, Formula 1, Wimbledon and IOC – and have four times been named Sport Industry Agency of the Year.
We have a team of 500 Two Circlers working from six offices across the world (Melbourne, London, New York, Los Angeles, Paris and Bern) who work cross-region to service our expanding international client base.
Two Circles’ Content team maximizes the impact of sports content through consultancy, multi-format content production and channel management. Services include creative and video content production, digital marketing campaigns, strategy, consultancy, full management of digital and social media platforms and commercialization of digital platforms.
We are looking to hire a number of Social Media Content Producers to join our talented and growing content team in North America. The ideal candidates will know the American sports landscape - its teams, players and commercial structure – and social media inside out, with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of platforms and emerging digital trends.
Role Summary
  • Execute real-time and planned social media output across our flagship accounts, both during and outside of live events
  • Creative ideation , big and small, on a consistent basis
  • Produce short-form and longer social-first video edits and templated graphics
  • Excellent community management to further enhance engagement
  • Deliver long and short-term social media campaigns and initiatives
  • Research and report content performance for internal and external requirement
  • Channel and community management, content planning and creation

  • Requirements
    The ideal background and skills we are looking for include:
    • Must be able to work weekends, as well as evenings, and be flexible about working patterns
    • Experience working on digital content for sporting federations or media organizations is preferable
    • Mobile device content-creation skills
    • Excellent written and verbal English skills
    • Understanding of brand sensitivity and how important tone of voice is
    • Detailed understanding of the digital and social media landscape, in particular how platforms are used to achieve business objectives
    • Knowledge, understanding and experience of multiple social media platforms
    • Strong knowledge of social media landscape in the US to ensure our content is optimized for each platform
    • First-class editorial judgement
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in channel management and social coverage of live events, either concurrent with full-time education or in a professional setting
    The following would also be beneficial:
    • Mobile content-capture skills
    • Understanding and awareness of social media analytics, especially in helping to guide content strategy
    • Ability to come up with original content ideas and spot developing trends and opportunities
    • Experience of using Adobe Photoshop, video clipping tools and Premiere Pro
