POSITION TITLE: Social Media Admin
LOCATION: Remote – PST hours
DURATION: 18-months
SALARY/PAY RANGE: $20-$30/hour Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Project Description
Averro is currently seeking a Social Media Admin. This individual will work internally across lines of business and product teams, while also partnering with external agencies, to deliver best-in-class work across owned social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, and more.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and will be responsible for providing key support for Microsoft Store Social Media platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities

• Support the creation of campaign documents and social copy.
• Respond to requests from internal departments, including creating and routing content and scheduling posts.
• Daily Publishing for all organic social media posts.
• Maintain social media standards (i.e. accessibility).
• Provide administrative support for team operations (i.e. facilitating leadership approvals for content).
• Support communication and social amplification for stakeholder requests.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 1-2 years of experience in social media.
• Can demonstrate understanding of brands and branding, brand strategy and consumer. knowledge/insights. Uses this understanding to inform daily work.
• Excellent verbal & written communication – the ability to think on your feet.
• 1-2 years of copywriting experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media management platforms, Sprinklr experience preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet very tight deadlines.
• Adobe Photoshop experience is a plus.
