Our company is looking for an eager Office & Social Media Associate who pays attention to detail, enjoys social events, is creative, and is excited to join our team.
Social Media Associate Description: Expert in LinkedIn and Twitter.Part of the Social Media Specialist's job is to keep their assigned accounts on the most popular social media sites up-to-date, write posts, and talk to users.
www.shelleyssocialmedia.com seeks to add a new team member to assist with advertising, marketing, and social media for a work-from-home, part-time position. Must have a fundamental knowledge of LinkedIn and Twitter social media platforms. Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting with online marketing and management, which will represent our clients. You will be working both independently and as part of the team.
Part of the Office Assistant's description is to do things like make runs, visit sites, write proposals, attend networking events, meet customers, and do other office tasks. For this job, you need to be able to communicate well, be organized, be able to learn quickly, be bold, creative, innovative, driven, upbeat, energetic, honest, and creative.
Pay Range: $15-$35

Shelley's Social Media is a digital marketing business that gives our clients a lot of value for their money. Our goal is to stand out from our competitors by giving businesses choices that allow them to stick to their budgets while still getting high-quality services and the best results.
Responsibilities may include:
- Help draft longer content and graphics, including videos, to be used in the sales funnel and drip campaigns.
- Assist in drafting social media posts.
- Assist with the analysis and collection of analytical data for all social media, CRM, and websites, including Google Analytics.
- Engage with current followers across social media platforms: like, share, comment, and respond to comments. Frequency: daily
- Seek new followers for social media channels by searching relevant hashtags, liking, and following relevant profile results.
- Source new material for the social media queue, including shares and original content.
- Assist in the maintenance of SSM's social media accounts and our client's social media accounts, specifically: Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Creating, implementing, and managing social media marketing campaigns
- Frequency: 2-3 times per week. Manage the social media calendar (if applicable) and ensure posts are deployed according to the schedule.
Requirements:
- Comfortable being client-facing and having proper phone and email etiquette.
- Light proficiency in design software
- Self-motivated individual: this is largely a work-from-home position. Should be local to the Mount Horeb/Madison Area to attend local events when possible.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Keen interest in learning about social media marketing in a small business
- Knowledge of social media channels and business/advertising tools (Twitter and LinkedIn)
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to create brand-consistent content
- Ability to track analytics and ensure social media promotion projects stay on budget
- Awareness of digital marketing trends
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Keen understanding of social media promotion and messaging
will need to know or get to know Trello, LastPass, and Slack.
This is a 1099 position with Bonuses.
