What we need:

We're currently seeking a Content and Social Media Specialist, with a passion for creative, engaging content and driving measurable results. Motivated by growing engagement, this role will develop and execute long-form content marketing and social media strategies to support Brady. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has had hands on experience building, managing and measuring content programs and social communities.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage, implement and improve Brady’s content marketing strategy and long-form article creation process
  • Monitor and respond to reviews and social interactions daily
  • Help develop a social selling technique on LinkedIn for sales team; provide social media training and resources to internal stakeholders
  • Work with a variety of teams to develop and publish content articles designed to help achieve inbound marketing goals, increase web traffic and drive results
  • Manage Brady’s social media accounts and calendars; work with a variety of teams to curate interesting and relevant social media content
  • Track the performance of content marketing and social media marketing, create performance reports, and take meaningful action based on the insights discovered
  • Manage efforts in building online Google reviews and reputation
  • Curate long-form content topics from various sources, including internal subject matter experts, industry trends and SEO best practices
  • Develop a network of influencers to help further Brady brand awareness with end users
  • Source write, design and publish high-quality content across Social Networks (i.e. Facebook, Twitter/X.com, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Stay up to date on all relevant industry changes and updates


What you’ll need to be successful:

  • In lieu of education, minimum 7 years of applicable experience is acceptable
  • Outstanding creative writing skills with ability to maintain a single brand voice across channels
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience growing and maintaining a company's social media presence and/or content marketing program (preferably a B2B industrial company)
  • Experience working with and building an influencer network
