Job Summary:

The Social & Content Marketing Manager supports continued growth of the global BondiBoost brand by developing, acquiring, and creating unique and effective content to support our social and digital teams as well as our retail partners while also managing social execution and community management through TikTok. The role will be working in a fast-paced, creative environment that offers an opportunity to be part of building a rapidly growing business and team. The Social & Content Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Marketing.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Stay up to date on new creative trends, insights and generate ideas on how to best translate these across our content and social media channels.
  • Work cross functionally with Sales, DTC and Marketing departments to ensure the content calendar is in alignment with topline brand activations, goals and plans.
  • Work in collaboration with the Australian-based Content + Social Marketing Manager to identify trends, strategize, develop, create, manage content, and acquire UGC for social, paid digital, retailer/trade and DTC partner needs.
  • Conceptualize and create stills, videos, behind-the-scenes footage and other supporting assets for campaigns around product launches, educational efforts, promotions, collaborations, ambassador activations, etc.
  • Actively source, evaluate, pitch, and negotiate strong partnerships with social influencers, content creators and influencer agencies.
  • Responsible for managing the BondiBoost TikTok account and community, building strategy, creating content and briefing agency partners for both paid and organic.
  • Ensure that we are maximizing the usage of all assets by strategically using them across channels to maintain cohesiveness.
  • Drive efficient performance that is tracked and monitored in real-time to optimize tactics, pivot strategies and achieve growth and ROI targets.

Education & Experience:

  • Can thrive in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment.
  • Team player with excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills.
  • Haircare, beauty, health or wellness experience preferred.
  • We’d love to see your work! Please be able to provide a portfolio with content and copy examples.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and skills in time management, planning and prioritization.
  • Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in content creation and social media (Tik Tok specifically) within consumer goods.
  • Experience in social photography, videography and editing with a keen eye for beauty visuals.

Travel and Hours:

  • Legally able to work in the United States.
  • Hybrid role allows work from home up to 2 days per week.
  • This is a full-time salaried position.
  • Travel up to 10% of the time.
