Are you a talented and creative Figma Designer with a passion for creating visually stunning and user-centric SLDS (Salesforce Lightning Design System) components? We're seeking a skilled designer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge web applications that adhere to Salesforce's design principles and guidelines.

As a Web Figma Designer on our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, tackle complex design challenges, and make a lasting impact on our projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and prototype SLDS-compliant web components using Figma, ensuring consistency and alignment with Salesforce's design language.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, SLDS updates, and industry best practices to ensure our components remain current and competitive.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and design critiques to continuously improve the quality of our products.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and admins on the team to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing and functional designs.
  • Create and maintain design systems, libraries, and documentation for SLDS components, contributing to the enhancement of our design processes.


Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of SLDS principles and guidelines, and the ability to apply them effectively in your designs.
  • Strong attention to detail, an eye for aesthetics, and a passion for creating user-centered designs.
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment, effectively communicating and presenting design ideas to cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback to foster a collaborative design process.
  • Proficiency in Figma, with a strong portfolio showcasing your web design expertise, particularly in creating SLDS components or similar design systems.
