Hello! We are seeking a highly creative and talented Associate Designer to join our client's dynamic gaming company and contribute to the development of innovative and engaging gaming experiences.

Job Title: Associate Designer, CRM

Location: Remote- preferably in PST but has to work 8am-5pm (PST)

Duration: 6 months with potential for extension

Associate Designer, CRM you will help bring communications and digital experiences to life while providing value to millions of fans around the world. You’ll work closely with the CRM/Lifecycle Marketing team and other CRM designers to create compelling visual, user-friendly designs across email, push notifications, and in-game messaging.

Responsibilities:

• Offer thoughtful recommendations to improve creative and operational processes with the broader CRM team.
• Participate in team design review sessions and provide feedback when applicable.
• Research visual design trends in the digital marketing and CRM/Lifecycle Marketing space, providing recommendations and improvements to the team’s templates and designs.
• Create compelling, localized, and personalized visual designs that render well in all email clients, and in our In-Game Message of the Day - for all players globally.

Requirements:

• Experience with creating designs particularly for the email, web, or other digital
• And a demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles to deliver.
• Experience in fast-paced environments.
• 3+ years of experience creating digital designs for global entertainment or
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A motivated, independent, self-starting attitude with strong organizational skills
• Gaming experience a plus but not required. However, a strong willingness to learn our products and our customers is required
• Industry adjacent brands.
• Channels, understanding design considerations and limitations.
