Summary/Objective
A Junior Designer will work in a fast-paced environment receiving requests from sales professionals to meet the needs of customer visual requests. This individual will spend most of their time creating and sending artwork including updated revisions for those requests. This role best fits an applicant who is detail oriented, efficient in their graphic design abilities and has excellent time management skills. This position requires the ability to be professional with internal customers such as sales representatives and other departments. Training and maintained knowledge of current fashion collections and specifications to translate design requests into an accurate digital rendering is expected. The Junior Designer role will also have the opportunity to design and contribute ideas for future collections.
This position will create artwork concepts in a variety of product categories including but not limited to practice wear, uniforms and outerwear developed and designed for the cheerleading and dance market.

• Excellent skills in Adobe Illustrator and CorelDraw

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook
• Efficient in Adobe Illustrator/CorelDraw
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks at the same time
• Flexible team player; able to quickly adapt to change
• Excellent time management skills; consistently meets deadlines; highly organized
• Utmost attention to detail
• Ability to take constructive criticism and incorporate feedback

Physical Demands and/or Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office / remote office environment with primary job duties performed on a company provided computer.
Travel
Travel will be minimal, however, attendance at trainings and staff meetings is required where applicable. Travel may include overnight stays.
Education, Certification And Experience

• Associate’s degree or equivalent field experience/expertise in Graphic or Fashion Design
