IMMEDIATE HIRE - REMOTE/HYBRID POSSIBLE - $20+ per hour
ABCO Maintenance is a Commercial Facility Maintenance/Construction Company that has been serving the Tri-State area 7 days a week/ 24 hours a day for over 30 years. We are actively recruiting an experienced Executive Admin to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company owners.
To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
In addition, a qualified candidate must have ability to perform the below tasks and posses the below abilities.
  • Investigations - research and make recommendations or find solutions on issues, possibly even things that are unfamiliar.
  • Be and out of box thinker.
  • Able to influence without authority and be persuasive
  • Respectful to others, but not afraid to push to get an answer

Position Requirements
Requirements
  • At least one job with at least 5+ years at the same company
  • Good track record of employment and job consistency
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Ability to think on your feet, assess situations, and act with a sense of urgency.
  • Experience in continued administrative functions (7+ years)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good phone personality
  • Exceptionally Tech Savvy – must successfully complete computer assessment
  • Construction/Maintenance environment a plus, BUT NOT REQUIRED.
  • Must meet all pre-employment requirements.
