We're currently looking for a Site Reliability Engineer who is passionate about Dev Ops and Infrastructure. You'll be working with a group of diverse designers, developers, operations managers, and attorneys, all of whom share a passion for building beautifully designed products and making complex processes user friendly.

As a fully remote Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will partner with our engineering and design teams to ensure we deliver high quality products at speed, while maintaining both infrastructure and project consistency. In this role, you will ensure both the security and flexibility of our running services, work to automate existing infrastructure, and strive to surpass the industry standard for SLA uptime metrics.

Responsibilities include

• Ensuring high SLA for uptime & security
• Serving as a liaison between dev and operational teams
• Securing infrastructure, applications, and code
• Accounting for and addressing software vulnerabilities
• Quick, continuous automation and deployment of updates
• Preserving infrastructure and stability of code

Qualifications

Experience with the following

• OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, and ElasticSearch
• K8s internal (including authentication, RBAC and containers)
• CDK/Terraform or other infrastructure as code software
• CI/CD, Github Actions, automation and testing infrastructure
• Project management tools such as Jira, Git, and Confluence
• UNIX and UNIX-like systems (expertise in shell scripting is a must)
• AWS (VPCs, IAM, Policies & Roles, ..)
• Red Hat Linux and/or general Linux
