The Synchronoss Site Reliability Engineer is primarily responsible for maintaining a build-out, deployment, to ongoing support and tools development. They will also create, and maintain, all documentation needed to assure a high level of support.
How you will help::
The Site Reliability Engineer will join an existing team experienced in working in a massive scale, cutting edge environment, supporting tens of millions of concurrent globally based users
Who we have in mind::
At least 3 years of experience in Devops/Site reliability and support experience in an enterprise IT sector.

  • Enjoys learning and adapting to advancing technologies and procedural changes.
  • Experience with Terraform and Ansible.
  • Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills, with the ability to tailor communication to the intended audience.
  • Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS
  • Experience diagnosing complex issues through packet capture analysis
  • Experience working with ticketing systems.
  • Orchestration and Containerization technologies including Kubernetes
  • Experience with logging tools.
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation
  • Previous experience in a technical operations role, on call rotation.
  • Experience with Linux Administration.
  • Proven ability to deliver a superior operations support experience working directly with corporate clients’ technology teams and associated change management.
  • Experience in monitoring tools such as Prometheous, Thanos and Grafana
  • Experience with synthetic monitoring.
