Part time Sales/Marketing Assistant
Sapphire Fountains, a locally owned company specializing in water feature design, build, service, and rentals across the North American market, is looking for an enthusiastic go-getter to take on the part-time role of Sales & Marketing Assistant for our growing company. This position will work directly with the CEO of the company to provide sales and marketing support to generate new leads, participate in sales funnel activities and other sales administrative duties. The Sales & Marketing Assistant will be busy each day engaging with leads and prospects on social media, through emails and phone calls while tracking each customer touch point and keeping our sales team on track with providing quotes and finalizing contracts.

This is an excellent part-time hybrid virtual and in-office position (15-20 hrs/week to start) for someone who would like to learn and grow with our company. You will work closely with the CEO in the first 90 days to learn about the company, update marketing materials, create email and social media campaigns and strategy to build the company’s brand and reputation, generate leads and create opportunities for new sales. The Roles and Responsibilities of the Sales Assistant include:
● Assist and participate in all in activities related to identifying, qualifying and communicating with leads, suspects and prospects
● Perform and/or assist with all duties related to sending out marketing materials, quotes and tracking results and all client communication
● Perform all day-to-day activities related to coordinating and engaging on social media channels (especially LinkedIn)
● Assist Sales Team/CEO with a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks to support their efforts related to sales funnel management
This position requires the following experience and skill sets:
● 1+ years’ experience supporting a sales team
● 1+ years’ experience making outbound cold calls and warm calls
● 1+ years’ experience in customer service-related position
● 1+ years’ experience working in a CRM/data management system
● 1+ years’ experience engaging on social media for business pages: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
● 1+ years’ experience coordinating and creating content for email marketing campaigns
● Experience creating, updating and maintaining marketing materials, social media pages and websites
● Understanding of website content, SEO and Google Analytics
● Experienced working in Excel and MS Office Programs
● Excellent relationship building skills
● Professional verbal and written communication skills
● Excellent phone skills
● Excellent follow-up skills

Work Schedule & Requirements:
Part-time in-office position 15-20 hours a week, Monday - Friday
Start and ending hours can be negotiated but must be consistent and reliable
Minimum of 8-10 hours per week in the office training, collaborating and brainstorming with CEO
Compensation: $ 18.00 /hr. - $20.00+/hr DOE
