Transports staff, patients and visitors in a proper and safe manner with occasional guidance.

Shift Mon-Fri (No Weekends)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provides assistance to passengers with special needs.
  • The responsibilities listed are a general overview of the position and additional duties may be assigned.
  • Tennessee Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with a P- Endoresement Required.
  • Performs vehicle inspections, maintains cleanliness of bus interiors, fuels buses and logs trip counts.
  • Reports any accidents, violations of policy, safety hazards or unusual occurrences.
This position offers a consistent, full-time schedule with a starting pay for this position is $18/hr. VUMC also offers competitive benefits, including:
