As a Shop Manager you will:
- Serve the most delicious ice cream in the PNW and be the best part of people’s day
- Be responsible for your store’s overall look and feel, the quality of customer experiences, meeting sales and profitability targets, and maintaining high team morale
- Work in a fun, joyful, and collaborative environment oriented around uplifting and supporting your team

- Understanding of Microsoft software, Google and Apple products
- Is comfortable receiving feedback and excels at collaboration

- Prior experience in retail or client/customer service environment, in a management capacity with teams larger than 10.
- Committed to the well-being of their shop team, their community, and the environment around them
- Is calm under pressure and navigates adversity with grace
- Has experience driving sales and managing labor (2+ years)
- Leads by example and excels in a team environment
- Has customer service experience (3+ years)
- Has a willingness to take on unexpected challenges
- Internal candidates may also qualify by completing the shift leader to shop manager career pathway.
- Is energetic, positive, and a skillful communicator
- Able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis and be comfortable doing repetitive physical tasks
- Is creative, resourceful, organized, and an excellent problem solver and use good judgment to surpass store and team goals
