Job Description
Position Summary


This position provides daily support to management in the area of order retrieval and processing to ensure customers receive product in a timely and efficient manner.


Essential Duties And Responsibilities


  • Generate shipping labels and dispatch to the designated warehouse personnel.
  • Download checkout reports from Marketplace or through third-party programs.
  • Process UPS/FedEx claims
  • Retrieve orders from existing marketplaces using dedicated software.


Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities


  • High school diploma (or similar) and minimum of 6-months experience in related field
  • Computer literate and ability to utilize Mas 200, FedEx, eBay vendor central, Google Docs, and Microsoft Excel


Schedule: Monday through Friday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm


Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00


  • $300.00 Signing Bonus ** after successfully completing 90-day probation period
