Shipping And Receiving, Warehouse Control Jr. Associate

Omega Medical Imaging is looking for an experienced Shipping and Receiving Warehouse Control Jr. Associate to help us grow!

And Responsibilities

• Experience with shipping software (for example, UPS WorldShip, and FedEx Ship Manager).
• Process all incoming materials, packages, and large assemblies.
• Assemble orders and prepare goods for shipment.
• Proven track record using ERP systems to receive material against purchase orders and ship material against customer orders.
• Document damages and discrepancies for future reimbursement and reconciliation.
• Receive, unpack, inspect, enter data on our ERP system, and store incoming materials and supplies.
• Use shipping records (digital & hard copy) to verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders.
• Research and find the best ways to ship products, reaching out to approved vendors to schedule packaging, pick-ups, and deliveries.

Responsibilities include the effective implementation and use of best practices for Shipping, Receiving, and logistics in support of our customer's requirements. In addition, ensure that Shipping & Receiving & Warehouse operations support Production, Sales, and Field Service requirements.

You will be a critical part of the team that must deliver on-time, high-quality, cost-effective products and services to our customers worldwide. This job requires the ability to lift and move heavy objects.

You must love to work in a fast-paced environment and be detail-orientated, extremely organized, and computer proficient. Must have a solid mastery of shipping & receiving best practices, ERP/MRP systems for shop floor operations, ISO 13485, and familiarity with FDA regulations a plus.

Additional Essential Qualifications

• You must be super organized and a neat freak.
• Expert in arranging and packing for domestic and international shipping
• Must be able to lift 80 lbs, have forklift certification, and load/unload trucks.
• Extensive logistics management experience.
• Maintain an aggressive focus on safety, effectiveness, and efficiency
• High energy, accurate, and detail orientated.
• Experience working in a manufacturing company's fast-paced Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse department preferred.
• Proven track record using ERP systems to receive material against purchase orders and ship material against customer orders.
