Job Description
Job Duties (included But Not Limited To)
  • Cycle Count Incoming Inventory with precise figures.
  • Manages the shipment of all products, materials, and supplies.
  • Collaborates and communicates with vendors, coworkers, and management effectively
  • Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.
  • Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.
  • Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
  • Update Management on shipping Orders ETA.
  • Tracks, traces, and updates the status of outgoing shipments.
Qualifications/Skills
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong sense of time organization and urgency
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to details
