Job Description
ECHO's subsidiary, KPI Kwik Products, Inc. is a growing manufacturer and distributor located in Phoenix, AZ. They provide superior quality string trimmer heads and trimmer line.


They have a professional staff of employees working in conjunction with their business partners to provide quality, technology, and innovative products to fulfill the needs of their customers.


KPI Kwik Products, is looking for a Shipping/Receiving Clerk. Shipping/Receiving is responsible for unpacking, counting, and receiving shipments and comparing packing lists to purchase orders to ensure accurate deliveries. Test all trimmer heads and maintain testing equipment/area.

Duties & Responsibilities


  • Pulls required shipments
  • Maintain housekeeping in the testing area
  • Responsible for forklift maintenance. When forklift problems arise, troubleshoots quickly. Works with outside vendor to ensure forklifts are working properly.
  • Puts away all incoming parts (includes making labels)
  • Loads and unloads trucks
  • Verifies and counts all incoming shipments using counting scales
  • Test and record results on all production trimmer heads.
  • Learns shipping functions to become a backup to shipping
  • Perform ANSI and ISO tests when necessary.
  • Keeps tabs on all recycling materials, stages, counts, schedules and loads all recycling materials to appropriate vendor
  • Enters inbound and outbound materials into SAP system and forwards the paperwork to the proper channel
  • Wraps all pallets and parts
  • Warm up and run spin tester daily. (Ensure oil and water level are maintained)
  • Packaging trimmer head parts


Job Experience/Skills:


  • Extensive range of knowledge in manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to Multi-task
  • 2+ years of Shipping/Receiving experience.
  • Attention to Detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.


Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
