BASIC FUNCTION:
The SharePoint/M365 Systems Analyst is responsible for working with the Enterprise Tools PO/Scrum Master and scrum team to develop, design and own technical solutions within the Modern SharePoint/M365 ecosphere. They will have in-depth experience in two or more of the following SharePoint areas: Modern SharePoint, SharePoint, One Drive, Teams, Viva Engage, Purview and Power Automate. The SharePoint/M365 Administrator will provide, development, maintenance, and administration of the M365/Modern SharePoint ecosphere as well as provide technical support by using agile processes and best practices to configure, administer and deliver robust solutions for American Ag Credit utilizing the Modern SharePoint platform and its components or applications using PowerShell and configuration as required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
  • Provide PowerShell scripting and minor customization including, but not limited to; screen tailoring, workflow administration, system administration, policy and compliance set up and monitoring, report setup, data imports/exports, and integrations.
  • Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to propose sustainable solutions in the Modern SharePoint/M365 ecosphere.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
  • Create and maintain system design and operations documentation.
  • Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues.
  • Update and maintain a comprehensive testing protocol for SharePoint ecosphere instance patches, maintenance, and upgrades, with the purpose of certifying all applications for use after the work is completed.
  • Successfully plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to implementation, configuration, and maintenance of all aspects of Modern SharePoint/M365 ecosphere, to include Modern SharePoint, SharePoint, Teams Viva Engage, Purview and Power Automate with a priority on Policy and compliance (Purview), User Experience and the development and maintenance of an enterprise integrated workspace.
  • Answer “how to” technical and application configuration questions while providing technical support and cross training to ServiceNow system administrators.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets.
LEVELS OF SUPERVISION EXERCISED AND RECEIVED:
Exercises no supervision; regularly provides technical guidance, training and expertise in Modern SharePoint, One Drive, Teams, Purview, Power Automate, and Viva Engage as well as other applications in the ecosphere; makes independent decisions; works under general direction.
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Systems Analyst
  • Experience and/or understanding in the design and cross functionality of the ecosphere.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • BS in Computer Science or BA with equivalent technical competency.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in Modern SharePoint delivery, management, maintenance and modification, in two or more of the following Modern SharePoint modules: Modern SharePoint, SharePoint, Once Drive, Teams, Viva Engage, Purview and Power Automate.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize individual workload, troubleshoot and remedy problems under pressing deadlines.
  • Experience with principles of system administration and the inclusion of responsibility for ensuring the performance, data integrity and security of systems.
  • Understanding of the software lifecycle and system configuration best practices, including specification, documentation, configuration management, testing and quality assurance.
  • Effective at leading, delegating tasks and authority.
  • Good client service, communication skills and able to work in a team programming environment.
  • Effectively using organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and follow through.
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
  • Effectively using interpersonal and communications skills including tact and diplomacy.
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have the ability to perform basic office tasks and sit at a desk for an extended period of time. Job requires extensive use of computers and phones. While performing the job, the employee is required to sit, crouch, kneel, crawl, reach and have the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Ability to work with typical hardware and cabling practices required. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills to adequately convey ideas and work well with a team in an agile environment. Ability to talk and hear, sit and use their hands and fingers, and reach in all directions is essential in performance of the job. Must be able to interact effectively with people at all levels of company. Work during established business hours and may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
FULL-TIME REMOTE:
These roles and job functions can be done remotely, while maintaining our strong commitment to customer service and our business goals. Employees are welcome to come to an office to work if needed, and some travel for team meetings will be required.

PAY RANGE:
Minimum - $82,240.97 Max - $128,501.51
This range is reflective of the national salary average for this position and will be adjusted using geographic variance for physical location of the hired candidate. American AgCredit may compensate outside of the salary range for bona fide reasons not related to membership in a protected class. #LI-REMOTE
