Service Receptionist Jobs

RideNow Powersports Peoria, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is looking to add a Service Receptionist to our Peoria location! If you are seeking an opportunity to work in a cool environment with cool people, look no further! Responsibilities

• Work closely with our scheduler and service writers on a daily basis
• Filing work orders and writing RO for internal work
• Perform other duties as requested
• Assist guests by answering their questions and/or concerns
• Data entry, keeping notes on all customer interactions in our CRM
• Answer incoming calls using a multi-line phone system and transfer calls to the appropriate party
• Have an up-to-date familiarity with our powersports inventory so you can assist the team with simple questions
• 70/30 Split of desk time and being in the service shop

Requirements

• Computer Savvy
• Positive and upbeat personality
• Self-motivation and time management skills are essential
• Experience working face-to-face with retail customers in a professional environment
• Exceptional communication skills - Verbal (face to face and via the phone) and written
• Strong desire to learn, grow, and see this as a career, not just a job
• Ability to deal with customers and coworkers in a pleasant and efficient manner
• Experience managing multi line phone systems is a plus
