Job Description
Audi Gilbert, Highline family-owned and operated automotive dealer is seeking an experienced, hands-on, and highly motivated Service Director to grow the company while guiding and establishing processes for staff and production to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare work schedules. Assist in monitoring the shop productivity, workflow, and procedures with an emphasis on efficiency, thoroughness, and safety
  • Maintain profitability while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction (CSI)
  • Listen and respond to customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved
  • Attract, develop, and retain the very best talent
  • Manage the activities of the service department, ensure efficient and profitable operation of the department
  • Supervisor department employees to include training, motivation, counseling, and documenting employee performance to maximize production and client satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety, and environmental rules.
  • Plan, organize, and lead service department operations to meet/exceed dealership goals and manufacturer requirements.
  • Ensure proper warranty procedures are followed, claims review, billing, and collection
  • Maintain an organized and clean shop
Qualifications:
  • Process driven, outstanding attention to detail and a high sense of urgency
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Process driven coach/mentor who can lead an existing group of dedicated employees
  • Professional appearance, a strong work ethic with integrity beyond reproach.
  • 5+ years’ Service Manager experience with a luxury automotive dealership REQUIRED
  • Prior experience using Reynolds & Reynolds software preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
