Job Description

Overview

The Service Line Administrator for the North East Region serves as an influential and strategic leader across the service line. This role is responsible for the long-term vision and execution of patient service integration across the core departments for the assigned service line and is also responsible in increasing market share by leading collaborative and strategic partnerships with program leaders, hospital leadership and physicians to optimize patient experience in results, efficiencies and value. Through the Service Line Administrator's efforts, the neurology service line will become known as a preeminent level of service in the community and a value-based options seek out when deciding upon their healthcare needs.


QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Bachelor’s Degree required in business administration, healthcare administration or a related field.

• Masters Preferred.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience required.
• Knowledge and experience in designated service line areas.
• Familiarity with current research on the appropriate level of care for assigned service levels.
