Prelude Services is currently searching for an energetic, customer-focused, Service Desk Analyst who provides the first level IT support to our Clients. We are looking for someone that has previous Helpdesk/Service Desk experience; someone who understand the flow process of a ticketing system; someone who can manage multiple tickets at a time; someone who understands and can follow standard operating procedures; someone who can remain calm during high call volumes and a TEAM PLAYER!


Our Service Desk responds to and diagnoses problems through discussions with customers. They must have the ability to grasp and apply the basic technical steps necessary for problem resolution. You have to be able to type and talk; excellent telephone communication and problem resolution skills. Provides level one support for desktop hardware and software problems; password resets; installs and configures hardware and software.
