Receptionist Ray Homes Pt Friday , Saturday And Sunday 7Pm - 3Am

Location: Ray Homes

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This position is responsible for the front desk duties including presenting a friendly and professional atmosphere for all visitors and community members. The receptionist is also responsible for answering phone in a professional manner and performing general administrative tasks.

Duties include:

• Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbooks including resident and property logs.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Assisting residents with issues or concerns and documenting the information in the appropriate log.
• Completing Incident Reports as necessary for all reportable infractions that occur on the premises.
• Answering and transferring phone calls to residents or employees.
• Alerting on-call staff of situations at the property when necessary.
• Directs visitors by maintaining resident and property directories.
• Granting access to the building and Escorting emergency response teams, EMT Workers, the police department or any other rescue workers to the resident units as necessary.
• Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills with ability to create a pleasant atmosphere
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational skills with ability to keep accurate records
• High School Diploma or equivalent (1 year receptionist experience preferred)
