This Role Will Enjoy

We are seeking a professional who would serve serves as a front-line position, navigating our customers to a solution that will help them maintain a safe and healthy facility.

• Communicate with Account Managers regarding customer repairs.
• Enter, process, and monitor process of service tickets.
• Communicate with Service Technicians, Dispatcher, and Assistant Manager to confirm status of repair.

To assure success of the facility, a strong operations team is in place to deliver the best possible customer experience in the industry.
