Our dealership has been an established business in the Charlotte area for more than 19 years. - Call center experience is helpful, but not necessary
- 5-day work week (Guarantee based on 49 hours, Saturday's and Sunday's are mandatory)
- Approach each call with a goal to set an appointment for customers to visit the dealership
- Accurately record interactions with each prospective customer in our database
- Adhere to lead management plan guidelines for each lead in your database
- Answer calls and inquiries in a prompt and timely manner, and make any follow-up calls to service customers
- Maintain a minimum standard of outbound calls to prospective customers
- Respond to internet leads and inquiries
- Other reasonable duties as may be requested
- Bilingual is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work evenings until 9:00 PM
- 1-2 years customer service experience in an outbound calling environment
- Ability to work weekends as business needs dictate
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills exemplified to internal and external customers
- Goal–oriented individual, driven to exceed personal and team goals
- Effectively collaborate with fellow employees
