Service Advisor Jobs

Job Overview: As a Service advisor, you will be responsible for creating and managing personalized travel plans for clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements and provide them with recommendations on destinations, flights, accommodations, activities, and other travel-related services. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with travel trends, industry news, and travel regulations to ensure that clients have a safe and enjoyable travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keeping up-to-date with industry news, travel trends, and regulatory changes
• Assisting clients with travel-related issues and emergencies, such as flight cancellations, lost baggage, and medical emergencies
• Conducting consultations with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget
• Recommending travel destinations, accommodations, activities, and services based on client preferences and travel requirements
• Preparing detailed travel itineraries, including transportation, accommodation, and activity plans
• Making travel arrangements and bookings on behalf of clients
• Building and maintaining relationships with travel suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators
• Researching travel options, including flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and activities
• Providing clients with information on travel regulations, visas, and other travel-related documentation

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of travel destinations, accommodations, and services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in web based travel booking systems and software
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proven experience as a travel advisor or in a service related field
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and changes in the industry
