Job Description

Server & Bartender for the Clubroom at Life House Berkshires

Description

The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and the drive to working in an exciting high volume destination resort. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
  • Prepare classic and specialty cocktails as designed by the brand mixologist
  • Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Interact and engage with customers to enhance guest experience.
  • Offer and actively sell the hotel food offering and bar menus
  • Maintain bar cleanliness during shift and restore to pre-shift standard afterward
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies


Qualifications

  • Proven working experience as a bartender
  • Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving cocktails
  • Beer and wine knowledge is preferred


Salary

$18 - $18 per hour
