What you’ll be doing...

Our ability to deliver projects on-time and on-budget is critical to driving innovation for our customers. You’ll work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to help them manage multiple deliverables and stay on track. When expertise in project management is required, you will be there to assign responsibilities and set goals to maintain project momentum and achieve your team’s desired outcomes.

  • Preparing and delivering leadership reports detailing key metrics, accomplishments and challenges.
  • Driving process improvements and adopting best practices to improve team performance.
  • Summarizing project information into easy to understand communications that keep everyone in the loop and on track.
  • Collaborating with assigned teams to understand product definitions and feature scope, develop project timelines, and communicate commitments and project-related decisions.
  • Evaluating program-level tools and providing feedback on improvements.
  • Helping the team accomplish a variety of requests while supporting the natural flow of OneFiber and Network Extension build. This requires interfacing with various departments and internal customers within the organization.

Driving projects forwards gives you a lot of satisfaction, whatever the obstacles you encounter on the way in a rapidly changing environment. You enjoy facilitating and are an excellent communicator, helping everyone to perform at their best.

You’ll need to have:

  • Experience as a Scrum Master, Project Leader and/or Project/Program Manager.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in Software Engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree.
  • OSP engineering or capital and expense budget management.
  • Understanding of agile and waterfall project management methods.
  • Experience in telecommunications industry and/or fiber construction.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington work location, the compensation range for this position is between $103,000.00 and $192,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
