Roles & Responsibilities

• Create stored procedures, functions and views as per project need.
• Create SSIS Packages & SSRS Reports as per project need.
• Work in coordination with DBA team to review & finalize scripts for production release by DBAs
• Participate in Team activities, Design discussions, Stand up meetings and planning Review with team.
• Review the data flow requirements between the databases and implement it.
• Developing cloud based ETL solutions using Azure data factory.
• Mentoring junior team members by helping them to understand the functionality and implementation.
• Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, database design, development, implementation, migration and maintenance.
• Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements based on SQL best practices
• Create Physical data model by applying normalization methods.

Position Requirements

• Excellent understanding and experienced in query optimization techniques.
• Creating data model using any industry standard data modeling tools(Erwin / ER Studio Architect)
• Experienced in working with onsite/offshore team environment.
• Data bulk import/export methods.
• Experienced in working with development and maintenance projects simultaneously.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in developing SSRS/SSIS and adding auditing frame work.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in developing ETL solutions using Azure data factory.
• Experienced In
• Good knowledge and experience in working with on - premise and Azure SQL Servers.
• 7+ years of experience as SQL developer with experience in creating complex stored procedures, functions and views.
• Writing complex procedures/TSQL Queries.
• Using Management studio and Redgate tools (SQLPrompt & Source control)

Following additional skills/experience/qualifications will be considered added advantage

• Good knowledge or working experience in Azure Synapse.
• Experienced in automating the database deployment.
• Experienced in working Qlik sense data visualization tool.
