Work you'll do

Deloitte is currently searching for cross-functional practitioners to join an agile development team supporting an agency's resource management process. This role will involve:

• Support a business intelligence and analytics team with requirements and technical testing
• Hands on technical and functional work with Oracle, PostgreSQL, Informatica, and PL/SQL.

Required

• 1+ years working knowledge of SQL (format and data modeling)
• 1+ years experience in technical testing, implementation, and troubleshooting in production environments
• ACTIVE Top Secret or TS/SCI Clearance
• Willingness to work onsite in Washington DC fulltime.

Preferred

• Experience developing and providing guidance on test plans, test data, test results
• Experience with Informatica, ETL or data warehousing

The team

The GPS Analytics and Cognitive (A&C) offering is responsible for developing advanced analytics products and applying data visualization and statistical programming tools to enterprise data in order to advance and enable the key mission outcomes for our clients. Our team supports all phases of analytic work product development, from the identification of key business questions through data collection and ETL, and from performing analyses and using a wide range of statistical, machine learning, and applied mathematical techniques to delivery insights to decision-makers. Our practitioners give special attention to the interplay between data and the business processes that produce it and the decision-makers that consume insights.
