As a Site Reliability Engineer at Trello, you'll keep everything running efficiently as we scale our infrastructure to support our more than 90+ million Trello users while maintaining our 99.99% uptime target. The code you write and deploy into production will directly contribute to the scalability and resilience of Trello, and you will directly improve our user's experience with the product.You will report directly to the Engineering Manager.

On your first day, you will have expertise in

• Design and Deliver AWS cloud-native infrastructure solutions
• Implement and maintain robust monitoring, alerting and logging systems to proactively detect and resolve issues.
• 3+ years experience operating high-availability, fault-tolerant, scalable, distributed software in production: building monitoring, tweaking dashboards, defining alerts, writing runbooks, etc.
• Build and maintain a continuous integration and delivery pipeline (e.g. Bamboo, Bitbucket Pipelines, Github Actions)
• Engineering microservices and tools across one or more programming languages (e.g. Go, Python,Bash)
• Focus on operational reliability with microservices
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with public cloud offerings such as AWS,GCP or Azure
• Familiarity with Incident management, post-incident analysis and participation in on-call rotation
• Automation and Infrastructure-as-Code projects and tooling (e.g. Ansible, Puppet, Terraform)

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable and explainable compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.

In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $173,200 - $230,900

Zone B: $155,900 - $207,800

Zone C: $143,800 - $191,700

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
